Moving Your Balance Back to Your E-Wallet
Withdrawals go back to the same wallet you used to deposit — this is how we keep the account flow consistent and your money moving to the right place. Before your first withdrawal clears, we confirm your account identity matches the wallet holder name. That one-time check protects your balance from being redirected. After that, subsequent withdrawals follow a shorter path. The
amount you can withdraw per transaction is shown in the cashier at the time you request it. We do not add a withdrawal fee on our end, though your wallet provider may apply their own transfer terms.
- Go to Withdraw — Open the cashier and select Withdraw. Your linked wallet options appear based on what you've used to deposit.
- Enter the Amount — Type in how much you want to move out. The cashier shows your available balance and any per-transaction limits.
- Confirm Identity Check — First-time withdrawals require a quick name and account match. Have your wallet registered name ready — it needs to match your dedomino account.
- Request Submitted — Once confirmed, the withdrawal request goes into processing. You'll see the status update in your account transaction history.
